Overview

A level 5 reroll, so decide early: commit with two or three Veigar by the end of stage 2 and enough health to wait for the rolls at 3-2. Blackthorn Veigar and Sprykin Veigar chase the same copies, and Ornn and Rek'Sai need three stars too, so a second Veigar player ends the line. Buy no experience before Veigar is three-star: every level makes the 1-costs rarer.

Consuming Flora's emblem often ends up on Veigar, but at high ranks that version places below this line's average, so an econ or reroll augment is the better pick.
