Overview

Take it when Blossom units flood stage 2 and you can afford the push to 9: at Blossom 7, every Wisp you buy pays gold back. Blossom Ahri, the level 8 version, plays the same Ahri a level earlier, so go to 9 only with a strong economy. A Frying Pan with Sparring Gloves makes Ahri's Executioner Emblem.
