Comp tier list

Veigar three-star on Blackthorn 4 and Sprykin 3, with both Flora Fatalis units: Malphite, Rek'Sai and Rammus in front, Azir and Soraka beside him. It places far better at Diamond and above than below, so it rewards a careful reroll.

Kobuko Rek'Sai Malphite Rammus Fiddlesticks

Azir Veigar Soraka

Overview

Pick it over Veigar Reroll when Rek'Sai and Kobuko copies come with Veigar: this version three-stars all three, then adds Blackthorn and both Flora Fatalis units at 8. Veigar Reroll and Sprykin Veigar buy the same 1-costs, so a second Veigar player cuts your odds hard.
