TFT Set 18: Enchanted Wilds

Set 18, Enchanted Wilds, arrived with patch 18.1 on 25 August 2026. It brings 65 champions, 35 traits and a new mechanic, Wisps, to Teamfight Tactics. This page covers the set at a glance; our comp tier list shows how to play it.

65 champions 35 traits 166 Wisps listed 5 champion costs

Wisps

Wisps are the set's mechanic: one-off purchases that sit in your shop and give you something immediately, from a stronger next fight to gold, experience, champions or items. They appear in every other shop and can only be bought during the planning phase; if you do not buy one, it disappears when combat starts and reveals the champion hidden behind it.

The question each time is simple: is this Wisp worth more to you than what the same gold would buy in experience or rerolls? Early, economy and champion Wisps tend to be best; late, combat Wisps can decide a close fight. The economy guide helps with that trade, and the Wisps guide goes through when each kind is worth it.

166 Wisps, with their effects from the current game data. Values can change between patches.

Champions

Champions cost 1 to 5 gold. Cheaper champions are easier to find and upgrade; expensive ones are rarer and far stronger. See the levelling guide for when each cost becomes common. Open a champion for its stats, traits, the comps that play it and its best items, or see every champion.

Traits

Every champion has two or three traits; fielding enough champions that share a trait unlocks its bonus. The numbers are each trait's breakpoints. The traits guide lists every trait's champions and the comps that play it.

Emblems

Emblems give their holder an extra trait. Most are crafted from a Spatula or a Frying Pan plus one component. Every item in the set, with its recipe, is in the Set 18 item database.

Not craftable (from augments and other sources): Coven Emblem, Defender Emblem, Flora Fatalis Emblem, Juggernaut Emblem, Phantom Emblem.

Augments

Augments come in silver, gold and prismatic, and you choose three in a standard game. Our augment tier list ranks the ones worth taking with a note on each, and the augment guide explains how to choose. For every augment in the set and what it does, see the Set 18 augment database (246 augments).
