How the patch reports work
When a new patch goes live, the editors move the site to it and PivotTFT keeps a copy of every tier list as it stood that day. Each patch's report compares that copy with the lists as they stand now: the comps worth playing this patch, every comp, item and augment whose tier moved, and every change the editors made, by date.
The report for the current patch keeps growing while the patch is live; once the next patch arrives it is closed and stays as it was. Patches from before the first report of the set get a summary of Riot's official patch notes instead.
Every change of the set, across its patches, is also on one page, newest first: every change to the tier lists.
