Overview

Commit when Azir copies show up in stages 2 and 3 and Rods drop: his three items use four between them. Azir Reroll and Blackthorn Kha'Zix also three-star Azir, and Cassiopeia Reroll and Defender Rengar Reroll want Rammus, so scout before you roll. Do not level to 8 before the three-stars are done; Kennen is a finishing touch, not the plan.

How to play Flora Azir Reroll

Early game

Sprykin pairs (Teemo, Veigar, Kobuko) and early Azir copies. This is a level 7 reroll, so keep gold above 50 once you can.

Late game

Add Soraka for Flora Fatalis 2 as soon as she shows up; once the three-stars are done, level 8 for Kennen and Executioner 3.
