Overview

The level 9 home for Ability Power items: Rods and Tears feed Morgana first, then Alune. Morgana carries at 8, so build her Morellonomicon and Void Staff early; Invoker Morgana and Coven Morgana buy her too. Hold at 8 rather than rolling there: Alune, Taric and Ivern are 5-costs that show up at 9.
