From Riot's game data. Health and attack damage are for 1, 2 and 3 stars; the other stats are the same at every star.
Explosive Charge
Attaches an explosive charge to the target and, while it lasts, gains infinite range and Attack Speed. When it ends, the charge explodes, splitting physical damage among enemies within two hexes, more for each attack she made meanwhile. If the target dies first, the charge moves to her next target.

Traits
The numbers after each trait are its breakpoints. These are the other champions Tristana shares a trait with.
